1) Do you have shipping across India?

Yes, we have shipping across India.  

2) When will my order be delivered?

We dispatch all products within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Post dispatch, the courier may take 1-2 days for delivery to Metros and 4-5 days for Non-Metro Locations. within the given time frame, factors like availability, festive seasons & national holidays courier delays are bound to happen. These factors are constantly monitored to keep any inordinate delays under control

4) How will I get information regarding my order delivery?

The courier partner will get in touch with you prior to the delivery.

5) How can i buy with free shipping charges?

Any purchases Above ₹499/- will qualify for free shipping (Applicable only on prepaid orders for Orders below ₹499, we will be charging shipping charges of ₹100 (For Prepaid) 

6) Do we accept COD orders?

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery as a payment mode.(We have COD charges of 100 to pay barre for the courier partners)

7) What happens if a wrong address or phone number is provided?

Address can be changed by immediatly calling our customer support number 7867836000 or sending a mail to our official mail id ecomraajali@gmail.com

8) What is the procedure to cancel the order?

Cancellation of order can be done by calling our customer support number. However, cancellation of order can only be done within two hours of order time

9)Can I request for a Proof Of Delivery (POD)?

Yes, Proof Of Delivery will be provided two days from the requested date.
Note: Proof Of Delivery available only for 3days from the date of delivery.

10) What If Received the Damaged/Wrong Orders?

No Worries! we are taking proper precautions during packaging to avoid any in-transit damages and we using the Best Courier Services to deliver your Orders Safely. If you still receive the products in a damaged condition, Please write to our team on ecomraajali@gmail.com. We will analyze and either refund or replace your order!
